"Love how these feel and look. I am a size 10.5 and originally I ordered the 10-10.5. Well it was more of a size 10. I sent a request to exchange for an 11 and was told to keep the 2 pair I ordered and they would send me a replacement in the correct size. I just had to pay $20 for shipping! Wow, what great customer service! Now my daughter is enjoying the original pair and I have 2 pair that fits nicely. You can wear these with or without socks.
